- BDBrandi DeniseeJul 24, 20251.0Please do not go to this practice! If you do, go to anyone other than Dr. Ugonna Anyanwu, she is HORRIBLE!!! She does not care about patient concerns and uses scare tactics to get you to do what she wants because SHE feels like it’s what’s best for you as if she is the one walking in your body. She has made multiple comments about my baby will die if i don’t do what she tells me. I have complained to her about pelvic pains multiple times and she has done nothing, no referral sent out or even checked my pelvic to make sure everything was indeed okay. She has never checked my cervix but told me we need to talk about inducing since I wasn’t doing what she wanted. I am 36 weeks pregnant and my cervix has not been checked at none of the weekly appointments they have me going too. I had to go to an Urgent care to actually get the care i needed and they are the ones that prescribed me my well needed medication. There is so much more I can say but please, this is not the place to go. If i could rate it a 0, I would. On a brighter note, the receptionist is great!!!
- LMlisa mcphersonAug 16, 20241.0I've been going there since Dr. B was there when it was new.(30yrs) I loved it. Then Dr Arnold, still loved it. Since then it's been terrible. I do like Dr Newton, when I can see her. I also like couple of other girls that work there. There are a couple that are flat out rude and should be fired. Getting them to help you or do anything is like impossible. I know my opinion doesn't matter(obviously) but save yourself some time and grief and go elsewhere. Their job is to help you and it's not going to happen!!! Also I am not a needy patient at all but human decency should be a requirement when working with public. You've been warned!
