There are some negative reviews from years ago about scheduling problems, but in my experience the receptionists have been very thoughtful with my demanding schedule, and i've never had an issue with appointments. Anna has done all my cleaning and is very skilled at her craft and with communicating what is going on so I'm not worried or stressed. She addresses any questions or concerns I have, and I never feel rushed or ignored. The office building is clean and comfortable with wonderful views of the mountains and downtown Sylva outside the windows. There is even an old antique dentist setup and lots of historical pictures and artifacts from the town. Sure, no one loves going to the dentist, but every time I leave this office I feel better and know I've been taken care of by skilled professionals who care about my health.
