I’ve gone here for a few years and have enjoyed it. Recently I was contacted because a previously scheduled appointment couldn’t be kept and when I called to reschedule the next appointment was 2 months out. I asked if I could get more contacts because I have run out and was told I couldn’t because I didn’t previously purchase a year supply. Had I purchased a year supply they could help me but since I didn’t then no. The person on the phone was very rude and did not let me talk to a manager when I asked. I offered to pay for the contacts since the only thing stopping it was the fact that I didn’t buy a year supply earlier. The reasoning made no sense to me and the person on the phone had no interest in helping me. This is just terrible customer service so before I got off the phone I told them I would not be coming back. The best part is that I was told it was illegal to let me purchase contacts only because I didn’t buy a year supply before. I’d love to see that law! Arbitrary rules that hurt your patients are not good for business. Also when I originally received my contact prescription I kept trying to order but just kept receiving trials. I was never told or asked about ordering and certainly not told that if I didn’t purchase within that window that they would no longer help me. Stay away!!!!

This isn’t the office itself but the operating staff who makes the appointments. I made an appointment in July/August. I was very clear that I can do the appointment on the 3rd of September but it would have to be after 11:45am because my husband had a heart echo 2. The person went ahead and scheduled it for the exact same time. Now, I have to cancel and either find another eye doctor who will either see me sooner or wait MONTHS to get another appointment with them because their operator staff doesn’t listen. When I called about it today, some guy named George who was rather rude answered and yes, I hung up. I wish you would go back to local offices handling appointments because they listen and care.

The WORST place. I swear eye drs want to ruin your eyes. I’ve had the same pair of glasses for 10 years from up north , no problem with them at all except the distance was a little teeny off and I could see perfectly up close with them with these bifocals. I go in this place and they swear to God that my eyes have gotten so bad and convinced me 5 times they are bad .. so I’ve been wearing these so called perfect corrector glasses for a year and now I cannot see far NOW without my glasses on and before I had these new ones I could see perfectly far without them ! Always a scam ! Our eyes don’t get worse on their own , they get bad bc they keep saying eyes are worse and make there perscription worse and it’s a viscious cycle til your blind ! Money hungry
