She is not rushed & takes time to thoroughly answer my questions - I was asking about cataracts & the surgery & she explained how cataracts affect the eyes & the process to surgically remove them. She is extremely personable & I really like her. I was taken back at my appt. time & did not have to sit in the back & wait. The assistants & the ladies out front are pleasant & helpful.

I have been a long time patient here, but I have NEVER in my entire life experienced such horrible customer service. I had an urgent situation regarding my eyes while I was out of town. I tried for days to reach the office directly and stressed the urgency to the call center. Not only were they rude, but I never received a call back. I had to find help elsewhere. Two weeks later I was finally able to speak with someone in the office, who not only did not apologize, but was equally as rude. I don’t know what’s going on with Triangle Management, but if this is the way they treat their patients, they won’t have many left to treat.
