First they tell my husband that some mysterious stranger called and left a message to cancel his appointment. Really? Just admit your office made an error. Next. After having scheduled my appointment for a physical, I had become sick. My husband advised them I was in the car w cough and cold symptoms and asked what their procedures were due to the pandemic. They say I have to reschedule. What! Apparently, they don't treat sick people because they may have COVID. BUT they don't test for COVID. So just go away. That's the policy.
