- SJSIdney JohnsonOct 8, 20251.0Reidsville pediatrics is the worst doctor’s office to have your kids at. I shouldn’t have to call the office 5 times to get a medication correctly sent to the pharmacy. At this office even though you had an appointment with them that day they will not send medication over immediately after the visit, you have to call and have them finish THEIR job. My child has been with Dr. Gosrani for a little over a year now and she’s out more then I am on my job why become a doctor? The non urgency at this place is ridiculous. I will NEVER be back unless they have all new staff.
- DADylan AtkinsSep 3, 20251.0This is the worst run doctors office in Reidsville by far. If you are thinking of having your children seen here I would highly recommend against it. The doctors are never in the office. Trying to get an appointment here is ridiculous. The front desk staff is beyond rude. We have to take our children to the urgent care more often than here. We will be moving our kids away from this practice, and hope no one else has to deal with this place.

They are constantly canceling appts either day of or day before. We live a hour away and have drove there just for them to say the Dr can’t see patients. My kids yearly checkups are way behind. For instance my son birthday is in July and yearly checkup is in April cause they keep canceling them. They have canceled my son’s appt 4 times. My daughters was canceled 2 times as well. I would not this place at all. Rude and don’t accommodate their patients at all.

The new location is beautiful and they finally have office staff that is friendly and speak to you with respect. I met the Practice Administrator while I was checking in and she is amazing, they treated me like family. I am happy they also have a new doctor, Dr. Johnson she listens and didn't make me wait a long time. I give them 5 stars and I have referred them to family and friends.
- ZZZestyShartAug 3, 20195.0They are extremely professional. Dr Flemming takes her time to address every issue we have with our girls. And the front desk staff is amazing! They are extremely patient with my rowdy 3 year old. You can’t get any better than here!
