- MPmelanie PuckettAug 20, 20251.0I have always had a pretty good experience until recently. Moved and during that time a prescription I take everyday was misplaced or thrown away. Not a narcotic but something I need. I call explain what has happened because I know I will get sick without the medicine. That was 3 days ago. A nurse reached out who didnt read the messages to let me know how to take the medicine. But they still have not bothered to call in a new prescription or read the messages. I am seriously considering going somewhere else. Which is sad since I have been going here since I was a child. Just unacceptable in my opinion

She also still loves that she can get stickers when she leaves, even though she's a teenager,lol. She does however miss her doctor; doctor Steven Luking, who is no longer working in the office but his brother still works there, he also goes by Dr. Liking. My daughter recently went back, but now had a female take care of her, but I think she may have been a nurse practitioner, but that's ok because she was a super sweet lady, who kept a smile on her face and kept trying to get my daughter to talk and get her to smile, even though my daughter is super shy and has social anxiety. We look forward to keep seeing the doctors in their office. Thankyou for your service in your office.

- TCTaran CombsMay 7, 20191.0I love my doctor. My daughter loves her doctor an so does my husband but how the place runs is a little different. The phone lines never get cut on at 8am it’s usually around 8:15-8:30am and then they cut off the phone lines 10 mins before 5pm. I’ve had to call numerous of times to try an get a prescription for my daughter and I’ve yet to hear anything back. Makes me wanna switch places just bc it’s such a hassle to get anything done with them over the phone. Only thing that’s keeping us here is how much we love the doctors when we do see them.
