- JJJenniferMay 30, 20241.0I switched to family tree because of good things I’ve heard. Sadly I haven’t had any good experiences with them. On May 20th I called with concerns about my pregnancy (5 weeks I thought at that point). They told me not to worry and if it gets worse call back or go to hospital. Understandable but I felt as though it was serious enough already and I went to hospital to find out I had a hemorrhage beside my baby and they put me as 6 weeks there. Told me to rest and follow up with my doctor. Before I could follow up my upcoming appointment was canceled by family tree because I went to the hospital and had an ultrasound there and was told no follow up was needed if anything else go back to hospital. You would think they would keep my appointment to make sure everything is safe and my baby was okay? Fast forward to May 23rd I sent the nurse a message about being so sick I couldn’t keep ANYTHING down, no reply, so I call to speak to the nurse and was told no because I need to send a message and wait for them to respond there as she said they respond in between appointments and they will get back to me at the end of the day. Today is now May 30th and I’ve still yet to receive a message from them. I am now going to another OB who told me due to my hospital visit I needed to be seen 10-14 days afterwards to see how my hemorrhage is. I don’t know if they are over filled, too busy or what but a response would have been nice either way. If you have complications I wouldn’t call them to expect a quick response or visit.
