To start, Home Care Assistance was able to provide complete support right away after unexpected emergency surgery. From the beginning, they provided a personalized service and matched our needs and personalities to those of the caregivers. The caregivers have all been very knowledgeable and professional while also being like members of the family. When they were not actively helping us, they proactively suggested and helped with other tasks such as housekeeping, meal preparation, and even organizing household items to make our home environment safer. They also went to physical therapy with us and provided assistance there. Your caregivers have all been helpful, compassionate, and caring while always treating us with respect and dignity. We have gotten past the initial emergency, but plan to continue using your service periodically. I would definitely recommend this team to others.
