Great place! As usual I was taken very good care of by everyone from the front with Mrs. Joy and Mrs. Shannon down to the nurses and doctors and staff! I’d definitely recommend this access center! They care!!

I’ve had issues with my access for about a year, normally, I get twilight and it’s over and done quickly. This last time the anesthesiologist said oh no you’ll be awake for this. It hurt throughout and I told her. If there a next time I’m going to insist on twilight or I’m not having surgery. Otherwise very nice, polite, and expedient! TY

I had a great experience today. Everyone was super nice and helpful. They all seemed to treat me like I was the most important patient to them.

**Edit to respond to the "medical facility" owner:
Since my previous concerns were evidently too complex for your team to address at the time, I see no reason to revisit them now that the damage is done. Also, I’m sure you all are very busy with other patients you aren't listening to (my loved one can't be the only one, as they witnessed many other "things"), so let's not waste any more of my time.
My advice to you as owner would be to send a patient undercover there in order to fully grasp the goings on. Or install and watch your security cameras WITH PURPOSE.
PS.
IF you're also medical personnel at your place, it's fascinating that you've ,suddenly found the capacity for dialogue now that my loved one is no longer in your care—I'll be sticking with a clinic that prioritizes the patient over the paperwork.
**The entirety of this review and response is also my own opinion.

Dialysis by the Discount Bin: A Comedy of Errors at Raleigh Access Center.
*If you are looking for a medical experience that perfectly blends essential life-sustaining treatment with the casual chaos of a forgotten waiting room from the early 90s, Raleigh Access Center is the place for you.
I wasn't looking for the Mayo Clinic, but I was hoping for something slightly more sterile than a bus station restroom. Alas, my expectations were set too high. The aesthetic here is less "healing environment" and more "abandoned warehouse chic." I'm pretty sure I saw a dust bunny the size of a small cat having its own unauthorized dialysis session under the table.
The staff operates on a unique interpretation of the Hippocratic Oath, which I assume is, "First, do no harm... unless we forget to check your machine settings because we're deep-diving into a multi-episode drama about Love Island." The call button is more of a decorative suggestion—my family member once pressed theirs, and a nurse eventually sauntered over 20 minutes later.
Punctuality is a running joke. If your appointment is at 9:00 AM, plan to start treatment around 12 PM, because the first 3 hours are dedicated to a complex scavenger hunt where staff try to locate vital supplies like "clean pillowcases" and "someone who knows how to use a blood pressure cuff." Nevermind that they make others reschedule after waiting several hours WITH an IV line already placed (what a miracle that they actually were able to find that 16 gauge). Customer service does not seem to exist, and their discharge "process" is a joke to me. They do NOT close at 4 PM, and if you're there at 3:30 PM, you WILL be pushed out.
In summary: If you enjoy a side of anxiety and questionable hygiene with your life-saving medical procedure, book an appointment immediately. For everyone else, I highly recommend finding a clinic that doesn't feel like it’s one complaint away from being featured on an episode of Kitchen Nightmares: Medical Edition.
I wish I had 4 hands, I'd give this clinic 4 thumbs down. One star—only because I can't give it zero.
DO BETTER.
*This is my opinion based on the experiences of a loved one and their family. They were treated horribly and I will never forget it.
