I scheduled my appointment at about 10 this morning and promptly (about 11:30 am) on my phone filled out the pre appoint my registration stuff, upload my insurance and answered all the question. I then went to the appointment (and hour away) to be told to wait the waiting room and 10 mins later get called to the front desk and they say they don’t accept my insurance. Then why was in on the approved list they provided in their website? Why was I not called at 11 in the am when I submitted my pre appointment paperwork instead I wasted time and GAS to drive an hour to not be seen.

AFTER taking my payment today they just told me they are on an extreme wait and I could reschedule. Would recommend going literally anywhere else for your care.
