Brent is an amazing Orthotist! We had to get a cranial helmet for our 7 month old baby and we were very nervous about it. Brent walked us through every step of the process, helping educate us along the way. Any time we had a question or concern, he would respond immediately with answers, no matter what time of day! Additionally, the helmet was always adjusted perfectly so our baby never had any major issues with it. Thank you so much, Brent!! Five stars all the way!

Our family has been working with Eastpointe for three years now. They have amazing customer service, making it very convenient to be fitted for your child's shoes. Shoes are ordered and delivered very quickly (less than 2 weeks) and if there are any problems with fitting, they work with you until it gets made right! Even several months after you've ordered, they are there to make needed repairs on straps that wear out over time. I love our technician and will be using him as long as we need to!!

I want to start off by saying that ALL the staff at Eastpoint are professional and kind. They truly care about the needs of everyone who walks through the door. Being fit for an orthotic is something I never thought I would have to go through, but Brent and his staff made the transition easy and exciting. I was properly fit and 2 weeks later went back to learn how to walk with my orthotic. I was able to WALK hand in hand with my son for the 1st time!!!!! My family and I are so grateful that God sent us to Eastpoint. I guarantee you will not find a more loving staff anywhere else.

We can't thank Brent and Nozaly enough for the care they provided our daughter! After 4 doctor's visits (2 different pediatricians and 2 times to the same pediatric orthopedist) we still had exactly ZERO answers regarding how to correct her metatarsus adductus (her feet were both pretty severely turned in toward each other). Then we called EastPoint and I'm so glad we did!
After a thorough and comprehensive exam Brent and Nozaly were able to provide us not only with answers to our questions, but a SOLUTION to the problem. We really appreciated how comfortable they made us feel; by the end of the visit we felt like we had made friends with everyone in the office. I was also impressed with the patient room which was outfitted with a big flat screen TV with Dora the Explorer to help distract our squirmy toddler while she had casts molded to her feet for the braces.
Our 22-month-old daughter has been wearing her SureStep braces for about 3 months now and she LOVES them. They are correcting her gait and her stride, and improving her balance, making her much more confident and steady on her feet.
The staff at EastPoint are truly changing lives. They are our heroes and we are forever grateful!
