These folks will hold you against your will (claiming the test already started), they will coerce & threaten you, they are unethical, and they’re about to get a nice surprise from the medical board. Know your rights! Eugene Farrug was the NP who signed off on the exam. However, there were others (foreign women) involved as well.

I filled out a very lengthy questionnaire that I was sent via cell phone and then they handed me the same identical questionnaire in paper to fill out!!! Desk people were unbelievably rude. When I got back for the shot, the lady there was an angel.
