- ADAshley DoeringDec 30, 20255.0This office is the best! There are dozens of PT offices closer to me but this office is worth the additional 30 minutes (round trip is an hour). I worked with Pablo and Alyssa but all of the staff is awesome. They provided simple exercises that were scalable over time and easy to complete at home. The one way they stand out above other providers is that they have a keen sense of how your body is engaging with the exercises and make quick modifications or provide explanations you can apply to ensure the exercise fulfills the need. Depending on your area of concern they may even “listen” to your body by placing a hand on the area of emphasis (with your consent of course) to ensure they feel the proper engagement of your muscles. I was able to feel a remarkable improvement over a few months with something I have struggled with for years. To top it off they are very kind and fun to talk to.
