Althea (in take lady) was so nice and sweet. The nurse who first saw me was also nice and listened and Dr Mortenson was such a lovely doctor. Nothing but a great experience.

Not just for needing help/treatment for something unplanned, but sitting with sick people in the waiting room and rude people everywhere. Cone in Mebane inevitably has the snotty and coughing people in the lobby, you'll have that everywhere. That is where the stereotype of urgent care ends for this facility. Perhaps I had such an awesome experience because it was Christmas Eve, and everyone was in the holiday spirit? Then again, they all were having to work on Christmas Eve. That speaks volumes for the moral. Every single employee I encountered was very nice, smiling, and thankful for my visit. I arrived at 8am when they opened, already 6 or 7 people waiting. The security guard had everyone sign in, waiting for reception to get in and actually get checked in. Even the guard was smiling and pleasant. For check-in, it was even a great experience. She was delightful and had a great attitude. Courteous is an understatement, she was full of life and it showed. The team triaging me in the room were both super nice, quick and efficient. And my caretaker came in, she was fantastic! Very clear, very informative, didn't make me feel rushed and actually I felt very good with her assessment and the entire process. I cant recommend this urgent care enough!

- GDGracie DunnDec 23, 20251.0DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME unless you have a broken bone😂 The (I assume nurse) completing my intake interrupted me as I was naming my symptoms and let me know my mental health diagnosis by my licensed therapist for years wasn’t correct after speaking to me for 2 minutes :). The MD and front desk staff were great! However, No one called me about my results, I can’t access my chart because they didn’t generate a code (noted I denied when I DID NOT).

During my wait for the Doctor was a bit longer than expected because I thought I was forgotten about until I got the attention while browsing through the nurse's area. Then after that it was super. Staff was a little busy which I do understand. In the future if I'm needing the services again I will return. Thanks so much! Nice and clean work place. Wonderful 👌. Love the sign in sheet that way everyone gets their turn in the order of the time you entered. There was a nice security guard present to my surprise. He so nice as well. Thanks again!
