But today I was told I could sit and wait in my car and I’d receive a message indicating I was ready to be seen. We sat for 2 hours and I got no message, so we came in to check the status and a nurse somewhat aggressively told me that she called me twice and that because I ignored her I’d have to wait another few hours. I apologized but promised her I never got a call and even showed her my phones call logs, which were empty. She continued to tell me there was nothing she could do and that I should’ve paid better attention. We were here from 9am-1:45pm. My nurse was named Toquina, and as far as I know she doesn’t usually work at this office. I understand that the we’re understaffed but I didn’t appreciate the way I was spoken to.

I rotate through MULITPLE shoes that has support for flat feet that I’ve been living with all my life. I was given a steroid shot for the inflammatory. I feel great this morning beside my ankle still around weak with no stability as I stated in my appointment. Now this is another appointment to another urgent care so I can be able to atleast walk properly at work.
