For the first time since I was in my 20’s I felt listened to and felt as though she cares about her patient’s wellbeing. Before she even came in to greet me she had already been over my chart and everything I’ve been seen for prior to this visit. She was adamant about making sure we visited all my concerns and look toward reaching relief and results! I recommend her for anyone that is struggling to find a new primary care provider. I know I have found mine.

Was never given medication to solve issues ever. Was given incorrect medication on multiple occasions. Dr SUSAN ZIGLAR would schedule follow ups and forget why and would cancel them day of. Doctor SUSAN ZIGLAR would not send correct prescription when asked in office. dr SUSAN ZIGLAR would not answer online medical questions.
- DWD. WellsNov 13, 20252.0I recently had a first time visit at this clinic and left feeling comfortable with the care I received in person. However, I was blindsided afterward by unexpected billing. I scheduled what I understood to be a Physical Examination, and the appointment itself aligned with what one would expect during an annual exam. During the visit, I was only informed that Cone Health does not typically perform Physical Exams for first-time patients, but at no point was I told that the appointment would not be categorized or billed as a Physical Examination. Because of this, I received charges for a visit that would normally be fully covered by my insurance. When I contacted Cone Health billing for clarification, I was essentially told “it is what it is,” which left me feeling dismissed and that my concern wasn’t taken seriously. I’m leaving this review to express my frustration with the lack of communication and transparency. I’m willing to update my rating if Cone Health addresses this issue or provides a resolution.
