The therapy is designed exactly to meet my needs and I can tell such a difference. I'm so happy I chose Cone health physical therapy over the other options. Honestly what sold me was the way the receptionist handled my phone call. I had contacted another office and the receptionist was unhelpful and vague. When I called Cone Health Mebane there was sincerity and compassion for me. Took time to explain things such as appointments and insurance questions I had. Thank you so much for being so awesome!!

Knowledgeable, well informed, experienced, kind and caring. Following her instructions made it easy for me to get back to my daily activities. I would recommend the Mebane facility to anyone. Everyone there, beginning with the receptionist is so awesome, it feels like home. It was my lucky day when my surgeon recommended Dr. Harker.
