- AWAshlee WallOct 30, 20255.0I chose here because I just needed an PCP! I started off with a nice lady, I forget her name but she was incredibly sweet. She wasn’t from here but she was still caring. She was also quite beautiful! When she left for a facility closer to her home, I got Michelle Rakes! And I absolutely love Michelle. She’s personable, professional, I can talk to her about nearly anything! She’s always honored my appointments, updated my MyChart, a true joy to experience! I will stay her patient as long as she will have me but if she ever left? I probably would follow her wherever she may go lol I truly have an incredible care team! Very thankful!

- ACAlisha ClarkeAug 21, 20252.0i came to this office in hopes of finding a practice that was not overwhelming and could actually spend time on pts and to my surprise i would have better luck in Greensboro, my messages go unanswered when messaging my doctor, when it comes to my care, leaving me in limbo on medications, also leaving me in limbo on medications waiting on being approved / denied this office needs some major help in facilitating how they manage their pts. I wouldn't waste your time or the money on the subpar treatment and care.
