- RCron cumminsOct 30, 20251.0I got a email/text that my lenses I ordered were ready for pickup today. When I went by I was approached by an associate stated they would help me after work today. I stood there for several minutes while waiting to pick up my lenses. Back and forth they went from bin to bin. Kept coming back with nothing. Finally the associate stated they were not here, (sighing) maybe they were sent to another store, or did not come at all. (I was furious, but trying not to show it after I got off work to come pic up my lenses after waiting several days with no lenses and I have already paid for them) Hmmm. The Associate I was dealing with finally said well, I can reorder them they will be in again in a couple of weeks, mind you I have to wait in total a whole month to get lenses. I was not happy. With no apology or no reimbursement or anything, I was thinking, I would have double checked before I sent out a email and text message to make sure the lenses were in before I made someone drive all the way there and no lenses. That was so unprofessional and unacceptable. I will never go there for any business ever again. That was very unprofessional and unacceptable. I am not a happy customer the way this was handled.

The specialists don’t know how to use the machine neither understands anything about optometry . I wouldn’t spend your time going into this place. All their brand are made from their own company, all trash. The “”doctor”” online was on a video call full of background noise. Nothing was professionally done at this place. Such a waste of time.
