- SSSydneyNov 17, 20251.0Provider Michael Ragan will be the downfall of this urgent care. My experience with him was displeasing to say the least. He stood far away from me and looked disgusted the entire time he was in the room with me. I then asked if my PCP would be able to help me out, because he REFUSED to help, and he told me that even she would not be able to help me. I called her immediately after and she was able to assist and treat me for the same issue he had just refused to help me with. Mr. Ragan is dismissive, rude, condescending, standoffish, unwilling to listen, unwilling to help, and will over-talk you each time you try to get a word in. Working in healthcare, it is completely unacceptable to treat patients this way. If you happen to stop in to this urgent care while he is the provider, turn the other way.
