- JHJennifer Hall5 days ago1.0DO NOT GO HERE!! Wish I would’ve read something other than the top reviews before I scheduled. I have no idea how this place gets five stars! My experience was far from five stars. The visit was fine, having gone for plantar fasciitis. I received a shot (didn’t work). Rebecca Sikora suggested I buy a brace which had to be paid for in office at the time of my visit. Cost: $88.08. We paid and thought nothing of it until several weeks later when a bill came in the mail from them wanting $100.00 more because they had also filed with my insurance and they paid them too! The doctors office wanted the balance! They double billed and were paid twice and still wanted more! When I continued to call the office absolutely no one answered EVER! You are put into a constant “hold” loop with no answer. We now have to make the 30 minute drive to go to the main office to speak with someone. The cherry on top?: Amazon had the EXACT SAME BRACE for $23.00!! Bottom line: we’re all just a number to these people. They do not care. I have left reviews on other sites and will continue to warn others about this place. What a disappointment. **Shout out to Ladaya. She’s the ONLY bright spot.
