- EEEliNov 18, 20251.0My recent visit with Dr. Karen R. Dolby was extremely disappointing. From start to finish, the experience felt rushed and inattentive. When I tried to explain my symptoms and the pain I was actively experiencing, she showed little to no concern. It felt as if she wasn’t listening or taking my discomfort seriously, which made the appointment even more frustrating. She also seemed to overlook important details, including my blood pressure review, and didn’t appear to pay attention to what I was saying about my condition and pain. On top of that, after waiting for the appointment, I was told at the last minute to reschedule for my blood work showing a lack of respect for my time and situation. Overall, the visit reflected poor communication, lack of empathy, and careless attention to patient needs. I left feeling unheard, dismissed, and dissatisfied with the level of care provided.

I was literally having my appointment at the scheduled time which is unheard of. She was very attentive to my health needs and journey.

And Dr. Rucker is fantastic. She always listens to my concerns and actually hears me. I have already recommended her to so many of my friends and family members.
