Follow the plan and you will loose the weight but you have to do the work. My heaviest weight was 191 I am now 160..this has changed my life and I look forward to reaching my goal.

I will not be back at this location as an exception could’ve been made due to it being my first appointment.

The entire facility is very friendly and understanding of the weight loss struggle and cycles of never ending challenges to lose weight. Extensive tests are done to find the right meal plan for each individual’s needs. I highly recommend this facility. Most natural accomplished weight loss I’ve found in years!
