Her patience and friendly attitude turned a frustrating experience into a pleasant visit. Chantel was prompt, understanding, and knowledgeable. She addressed my concerns well and made me feel valued with clear communication and helpful solutions that exceeded my expectations. I'm a happy repeat customer!

The virtual exam gave me pause at first but they nailed my prescription on the first try, which Lane Optometry could not get right. The customer service was also better at Stanton, too. The technician did an outstanding job with my exam and the doctor was incredible, even with her being remote, which caught me by surprise and it was better than in-person doctors from my experience. Chantel helped with my orders and she was super amazing and patient! Both Chantel, Kim and the technician were very welcoming and took wonderful care of me. I will definitely recommend to others!!

- CTC TatumDec 15, 20251.0To start, I had an appointment and 30 minutes after my appointment I still hadn’t been called to the back. Then the virtual appointment was just ridiculous honestly but whatever. Then the attempt to upsell on my freaking glasses annoyed me - my glasses were at almost $600 at one point which is insane. Then I was told my glasses would be ready in a week (despite the sign on the window). After a week, I called and they said it would take a week and a half, after a week and a half they gave me a date and told me they would text me when they’re ready…never got the freaking text. I went to go pick up my glasses and they didn’t help with any adjustments, they just had me sign them out and leave. DO NOT COME HERE!!
