    Absolutely had a blast at Zumba class instructor was awesome. Everyone I spoke to friendly and helpful. I highly recommend.

    Fantastic place, with a great team! So much fun but with a great workout that really gets your heart rate up, strength building while low impact on the knees and hips. I absolutely love Fly Bodies!

    Always had a great time! I had to cancel due to financial reasons, but they were always welcoming and made the classes super fun. Even first starting they make you feel comfortable. Highly recommend

    Bungee classes are such a vibe , a fun and energizing workout! But what’s even more amazing is seeing how bungee can also be used for rehab. Watching clients make progress and smile through the process is so rewarding. I haven’t heard of many places offering this kind of service, and having parents who could’ve benefited from it before they passed makes me appreciate it on a deeper level
