- DDDonna Day5 days ago1.0I went to Hopscotch this morning. This is my primary doctor and I’ve had no issues. Very appreciative they got me in so soon. I did not see a doctor or PA. Tested negative for COVID/Flu. I was told a nasal spray and cough med would be called in. This was at 9:00 am. As of 10:30 no prescriptions were called in. So I came home. Called Hopscotch at 11:00 and was told she was extremely busy and would have it called in by 12:00. At 12:30 still no prescriptions. Called Hopscotch again and was told how busy she was again and it would be called in by 2:00. As stated earlier I did not see a Dr or PA. It should not take almost 4 hours or more to get a prescription called in. Wondering if I should have gone to Urgent Care.

- MBMartha ByrdMar 6, 20251.0Don't even deserve one star. Yessica the np was very friendly but she has left practice. Charles Dungan has never saw me or treated me but took me off a medication all as once which the medication can cause seizures & other fatal problems if not gradually taken off of it. He also did the same thing with a medication my husband was taking. I highly advice that if you do go there you might just be put in a very dangerous situation. Please if you value your healthcare do not go there for treatment because Charles Dugin doesn't know what he's doing & taking careless changes with people's health.
