He speaks to you so that you clearly understand and there is no guessing the information being relayed. He takes his time to find the problem and provides various treatment options. I was very impressed with the way he scheduled follow-up appointments. He didn't schedule appointments too far out. He wanted to know how his patient was progressing. Additionally, the entire staff is courteous and addresses one by name making it a personable and memorable experience. Customer service is very important to me and they do an exceptional job! Dr. Puschinsky fixed my issue and I know he can do it for you too! He is the best in town! Often times he and his staff worked me in to be seen if I was having an issue. Lastly, Dr. Puschinsky takes the time to talk to his patients on the phone if need be versus nurses relaying information.
