- VVVa VMar 10, 20161.0I'm going to be nice and give them one star for the two staff and doctor that was professional and respectful enough to talk to my husband and I like we were human beings. I'm going to give a step by step guide of what happened during our visit. So, we get there and we check in, got our paper work, my husband handed the lady at the front (I'll be nice and not name any names) his driver's license to scan and he comes back to his seat and fills out his paperwork. He fills out the paperwork and walks back up to the secretary and turnd in his papers. It was about 15 to 20 mins past his appointed time before we got called in. So normal eye procedures, the next lady takes us in, follows procedures with the basic examination, very nice lady. After that we go into the main examination room where the doctor further examines the eyes. We even had a little conversation with the doctor. It turns out he didn't need glasses which is fine. So we go to check out, hand the check out lady his folder and they say bye. My husband then asks politely, "Can I have my drivers license back?" At this point this lady is confused and the check in lady is swearing up and down she handed it it him then turns her story around and swears up and down she put it in the folder. They were not apologetic whatsoever especially the check in lady. She was so quick to defend herself and never got up from her chair to take a step back to try and look around her area to see if she might have dropped it on the floor by accident. After a while my husband gets upset and is asking them to please look around because he had to work in the morning and needs his license to do so. This was about 15 til 5 and they closed at 5 so they were literally trying to push us out the door. They were so nice to offer to print out a copy of his license for him incase he gets pulled over, which is forgery. We refused. How can you lose someones license? How, I didnt understand and I couldn't understand it. They insisted he keep ch
