  This was my mother’s first time contacting this facility while trying to secure an assistive device for my father, who has a TBI — and the experience was appalling. Joe was shockingly rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional from the very beginning. He was blunt, inattentive, and clearly uninterested in listening. Instead of asking thoughtful questions or allowing my mother to explain my father’s needs, he repeatedly talked over her and jumped to uninformed conclusions based on barely five minutes of conversation. Even more concerning, Joe openly admitted that he normally does not handle the specific device we were inquiring about — yet he continued the call anyway, offering nothing but condescension and attitude while providing zero meaningful help. The lack of attention to detail and basic empathy was unacceptable, especially when dealing with a family navigating a serious medical condition. If this is the level of “support” offered to vulnerable patients and their caregivers, I would strongly caution anyone from trusting this place with their loved one’s needs.

  Do not go here! Terrible customer service! Cheryl is extremely rude and has horrible people skills especially for those in need of assistance.

  Great place for medical needs. Sarah and Ethan were very friendly and knowledgeable.. Great sense of humor as well...

  Will not come back to this store. We came in to get several things and were told we had to stand in one place in front of register. My husband and I had masks on and needed to look at some foot pads for him and me a new recliner and other things. Woman at register said you were small company and she didnt want to get sick BUT SHE DIDNT HAVE MASK OR GLOVES ON!!! WE DID. I dont have to stand in one spot at grocery stores or walmart and I wear mask and gloves there. Why did you open back up. Woman told me I couldnt look around store. A boy came in and went straight to knee wrappings and she didnt like that made smart remark. BUT AGAIN SHE DIDNT HAVE MASK OR GLOVES ON!!! DONT OPEN IF CUSTOMERS ARE GOING TO BE TREATED BADLY!!! None of us want to get virus but I should have been afraid of your register person She wasnt protecting me but I was protecting her. VERY UPSET AND DISSAPOINTED!!
