With the understanding that technological developments in dentistry is its future, he hopes to consistently update the practice in order to keep pace with the changing world of dentistry. Hickory Dentistry offers electronic communication between the office and the patient. For those patients who prefer to request appointments on-line and receive reminders via text or e-mail, we have that ability. Dr. Millsaps also understands that your time is important as well and will do his best to provide dental treatment in an efficient manner without sacrificing quality or compassion. We pledge to do everything in our power to respect your time commitments and find appointment times convenient for both you and our office. In addition to appointments on Fridays, dental appointments are available before and after work.

    Dr. Millsaps, and his entire staff, go above and beyond to provide professional and compassionate care. From routine cleanings to more involved procedure, I find the care received second to none (and I've been to a number of dentists over the years!). My most recent visit, for a procedure, was yet again a very positive and professional experience. The experienced staff got me ready, and gently administered pain relief. Dr. Millsaps experience and professionalism shine as he competently performed the procedure. Great practice with an experienced doctor and a compassionate and quality staff!

    Thanks so much for the great service. The new temporary bridge is a good fit, the right size, and bite is much better. I look forward to the permanent bridge next month. You and staff are like family and strive hard to please your patients. You're the best in dentals.

    I absolutely recommend this office to everyone without hesitation. Everyone is WONDERFUL. Dr. Millsaps is so gentle and thorough all while explaining everything he is doing and what needs to be done in a no nonsense way. Not to mention, he’s a perfectionist. I will continue to drive to Hickory from Charlotte for my appointments without hesitation. He did my Invisalign and I could not be more pleased with the outcome. I swear, my teeth look better than they did when I got my braces taken off as a kid.
