  “We’d love to hear from you.” Would you?? Because getting ahold of this office next to impossible. When calling, they will not answer the phone. You must leave a message. But if you’re like me and work the same hours as they’re open and IF they call you back when you can’t answer… what do you do? They won’t answer the phone when you try to call back. It’s an endless loop of never speaking with someone. I’ve been going here for years now and the only way I can get things done is if I ask for time off work to physically go in and speak face to face. I LOVE my psychiatrist, and that’s why I’ve stayed. But I tell ya… if Dr McKean moved to a different office I’d be overjoyed to move with him. This would a fantastic clinic to get help from if they just worked on their communication options and availability. It needs to get better.

  I can’t say enough good things about Dr.Barker and his entire staff. From my first visit, I was greeted with kindness and professionalism. The front desk was friendly and efficient, making check-in quick and stress-free. The whole practice runs smoothly and you can tell they truly work as a team. Dr. Barker took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything clearly. It is so rare to find a doctor who combines such compassion with exceptional medical knowledge. It was very hard to reach out for help with mental health. I am so glad I did. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for outstanding and compassionate mental health care.

  I would give them a negative rating if I could. After waiting 5 months to see them, I was informed they did not accept anyone on medicaid even though I had another insurance. Would have been nice to know when I set the appointment so I didn't have to wait another 3-6 months before getting some help. IF YOU ARE ON MEDICAID, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. THEY WILL NOT SEE YOU.
