I could hear what was being said in the room to my left, the room to my right, and the staff at the nurses station making fun of a patient claiming they looked like pitbull crossed with the Simpson’s due to issues with their lip. I’m disgusted by the unprofessional behavior by whatever staff was obnoxiously making fun of patients.. in the hallway where (I’m assuming) everyone could hear.

She found things that others hadn’t and offered the correct solution. She is my go to now. The front desk staff was great. My only issue was making an appointment, but unfortunately, that is done at another location.

They answered all my questions. They told me what to expect before my surgery and stayed with me afterward until my son picked me up.
