- RTRyan TillmanDec 19, 20255.0This place is fantastic. I had a colonoscopy and an endoscopy done (two separate procedures) done in less than 48 hours. We arrived early for both appointments and they took me right back. I was in and out before my originally scheduled appointment time. The staff in the procedure department are phenomenal in customer service and care. My doctor is Dr. You. He is straight to the point, knowledgeable, understandable, and knows his stuff when it comes to the digestive system and such. I will definitely be continuing my GI healthcare here.

All procedures were done superbly and followup visits were done without issue. Staff always followed up with a how are you feeling a day or so afterwards, which is really great to know they care about you! Savannah did a very thorough job explaining all admin procedures as well. Highly recommend East Carolina Gastroenterology!!!

They are very nice, informative, & there was great music playing that made you feel at ease. Dr. You is a great doctor as he is personable, professional & intelligent & you couldn’t ask for a better Gastroenterologist. I got a rose & was treated very respectful & details were explained throughout this process. I am very glad & thankful that I was referred to this practice as you couldn’t ask for a better team of staff.
