- BBBriannaJan 5, 20261.0Came in here expecting to spend $20 in copays, left after being forced to spend a $140 and forced to get glasses. I’m sure they are great to some folks, and the employees seem nice enough, but the whole business model is based on upselling and how to wiggle every penny out of you. Rather gouge my own eyes out than come back to this place and I’m choosing to go around blind over picking up the glasses I was forced to get due to the principal of how crappy the business model is.

Hopped on a promo, and got two nice pairs of glasses, ready within an hour of choosing them. I'm really pleased with the staff and cleanliness of the facility.
- AGApril GoodeNov 27, 20255.0I had an excellent experience from start to finish. I walked in on the wrong morning (a day earlier by mistake) and they saw me anyway. Maddie was so patient and kind. The contact tech came and explained everything to me about how the year-long rebate program worked. The exam went smoothly as well. When we finished, I received a sample pair of contacts until my prescription pairs came in. My contact order arrived 2 days later and I received a call to come pick them up. When I picked up, the tech walked me through how to fill out the rebate online and I left with my rebate info that I only had to stick in the nearest mailbox! The new contacts were great! They tweaked my prescription strength a tiny bit and it made a big difference. Every staff member was patient, knowledgeable, and very friendly. I didn’t feel like a number. This place impressed me!!
- AJAllegra JGNov 10, 20252.0It is unfortunate that one would have to send a “caution” when dealing with a company that deals in health/medical services. Do not use your insurance benefits here. The “2 pairs” deal is not permitted if you have insurance and the associate will try to upsell you on everything like it’s a car dealership. It’s like they were foaming at the mouth when I said we had insurance. I foolishly bought the warranty and was still charged upon getting a repair when I came back. Go elsewhere! Plenty of other places to go.
