  This was my first experience as a donor and it wasn’t a positive one. The bus was supposed to be in Thomasville NC today from 11:00 am until 4:00 pm. I arrived at 11:10 and the bus was nowhere to be found. As I left I seen the bus at an intersection about 11:55. I went on home for about 15 minutes and then went back to the location and they were there. The bus was full and 2 people were in front of me. I was told I needed to wait in my car. I didn’t have an appointment so I left and waited until 3:30 to return to make my donation. The bus was already gone. I don’t know who is in charge of this but it’s poorly managed and they obviously could care less about someone else’s valuable time. I won’t be making this mistake again. I hope there are better managed donations centers elsewhere. I feel for those that traveled greater distances than I to try to make a donation and it was a waste of their time.

  Great place to donate blood. It's clean and efficiently run, and they treat blood donors well. The snack area is clean and well stocked, and the blood donor chairs are spread out and comfortable. The OneBlood website is easy to use for making appointments and tracking your donation history.

  Great staff! Awesome rewards the more you give, especially for platelets.

  Sonia was so kind to me. It was my first time donating Platelets and their kindness made me feel super comfortable and at ease. Would definitely recomend and will be returning! All the staff are well trained and amazing at all they do.

  I had to go every 2weeks to give blood due to an blood disorder. They are the sweetest people ever!! Would highly recommend them to anyone!! Thanks girls JOB WELL DONE!!
