If you come here do not go to see Christopher Groce PA he is not knowledgeable enough to help you with your situation especially if it’s dealing with damage it seems like he only knows general things and he doesn’t even know general things because he thinks ibuprofen will fix nerve damage and he also did not discharge me or give me the discharge papers to sign so he does not follow through to do his job correctly he will misdiagnose you and say you are fine once again his name is Chistopher Groce PA the worst of them all if I could give negative 5 stars I would.

abdominal /kidney pain, care service was minimal, one person at the desk, 1:30am waited 5 hours and then told us they didn’t know when we would be seen by desk staff, then told by nurse it would be at least another 5 hours before we could be seen. Quality of care was poor and less than acceptable. 5 sick people after waiting hours including us had to leave because we couldn’t stay awake or get comfortable, or get warm. Only guard on duty had mace. trash all over the floor bandages and stuff in the lobby. And still might be charged.

What a disappointment! I’ve been in the ER with severe chest pains and high blood pressure for well over 6 HOURS! And still haven’t been seen. There was a day that Wesley Long offered far superior care and kindness to the ill in their triage a few years back. Right now, I’m literally witnessing 4 employees behind the counter chatting it up about personal life matters. Laughing and cackling. Not ideal environment for people who are ill and have come in for “EMERGENCY Care”. Greensboro needs more healthcare competition and maybe Cone will wake up and get their act back together. Used to be voted in the top
Tier in the nation. No wonder there’s 2 star rating on google. If only they cared more about human life as the man Moses Cone did. Maybe strip the name off the company and adopt the sell out name to the company from California that you merged with because you don’t deserve the name with a dwindling reputation and diluted quality of healthcare

My mother had a terrible fall, broke her leg, and was admitted to Wesley Long thru the Emergency Room. Had surgery and stayed in the hospital about 4 days total.
I can't say enough good things about her experience. I've had my grandparents, parents, and other relatives have hospital stays in several different hospitals in a couple different states. The time at Wesley Long far surpassed all of them.
The ER workers were totally overwhelmed with flu cases and still managed to give my mother good care and attention, with professionalism and empathy.
All the doctors we dealt with were excellent. Nurses attentive. Aides helpful. Social worker thorough. Food was good! Hospital room was very big and very clean.
I was really pleasantly surprised by the entire experience. Hope my mom doesn't need to be in a hospital again. But if so, I would choose Wesley Long.

If I could give this establishment 0 stars I would. Attended the ER for what felt like heart attack symptoms. Was triaged pretty quickly and then placed into a room. The PA on duty did a terrible job explaining anything that was going on. I am not one to go to a hospital or doctor just because I do not feel well, I felt I was having a life threatening emergency and the PA could have cared less. As a result I ended up just leaving because after being there for 6 plus hours with an x-ray and only ONE blood draw it was clear she had zero experience dealing with chest pain or suspected heart attacks the damage would of already been done. I simply asked when the results from my blood test would be back and she stated she did not know nor would she give me an estimate. She proceeded to take an attitude with me when I explained to her not a single person checked up on us or explained anything that was going on, told me she wasn’t going to stop me from leaving. The nurses were the only ones doing their jobs at this hospital. Seeing the PA once in a 6 hour period is absolutely insane. I only saw her the second time because I walked myself to the nurses station asking them to remove my iv. Upon walking out it became very clear all the nurses are used to people just leaving on their own. Don’t ignore all the bad reviews like I did, it’s very clear this hospital has a pattern. I would rather drop dead in the parking lot there than ever have to set another foot inside that terrible ER.
