    I have been to Cone Health Urgent Care at Wendover Commons several times. Parking is very good, Check in very soon, medical professionals are thorough, very knowledgeable, and kind. They have the capacity to do the nasal check in both nostrils for COVID, Flu, Virus, etc. and get results while you are waiting, And they have the capacity for x- rays and maybe more. That is a bonus, because my own doctor's office does not. You have to drive elsewhere for that.

    I've been to this location twice in the past six months. Overall, the facility and the staff are nice. My only complaint is the kiosk for check in does not work. Both times I've been here it has never worked, so you have to go up to the receptionist at the front desk to check in. **Even if you scheduled an appointment online.** The kiosk functions, but does not actually check you in.

    The staff were very friendly. I was surprised at being told I could return to work right away. They didn’t test me, as it had been 48 hours since my symptoms started. I came home and did the at home test and it was positive. It was negative two days ago, I guess I tested too early. I am still not clear if I am contagious.

    Facility is always clean, staff is nice and efficient, the hours availability is by far the best around. Manny and Jodi have been awesome through 10+ visits with our 3 kids over the past few years.
