    Terrific staff and PA >> with short wait times. Everyone is very efficient and friendly. I will go back there again “ No question “ & it’s locked in with “ Cone hospital “ which gives them a lot of information to help assess the patient .

    Quick but very dismissive. Told me I had an acute fracture, gave me a boot and sent me on my way with barely an explanation. Not even any instructions as to how to care for it. The doctor who saw me also left the room before I could even ask a question. I barely felt like a person. The receptionist was very nice and that is the only reason im giving this place 2 stars.

    I was sent there by my doctor's office because I couldn't be seen until the 27th. When the nurse checked, it said the wait time was15 minutes for walk-ins. However, by the time I got there 1/2 hr later, signed in at the kiosk, and waited awhile, I was told it would be another hour. There were three people waiting when I got there. I didn't keep up with the time but it was at least close to 2 hours. That's just the way Urgent Care is--it depends on the traffic. Everyone was very nice and efficient I was given a prescription, a Covid test which was negative and sent home. I'm more concerned that your primary doctor cannot squeeze you in with a simple ear infection and a swollen lymph node. I'm 82 and I guess those days are gone.
