Staff was great the wait was kind of long but that’s how it is when a lot of folks coming in back to back so that’s definitely understandable no worries or let downs but overall everything went great

I had terrible abdominal pain on 12/22/25. I collapsed in the bathroom and pulled the emergency string. They yelled through the door “ you accidentally pulled the emergency string “ when it was not accidental. I could hardly breathe / talk due to how much pain I was in. They told me to turn the alarm off and to put the string back multiple times even though I was struggling. I came out the bathroom and started the check-in process, I was dizzy and hardly able to see, that I couldn’t type in the correct problem for the reason for my check in resulting in them assuming I had a cat bite when i meant to put “ Can’t Breathe “. They had a nurse come out to check my vitals and told me my oxygen levels were fine. They stated it would be a 2 hour wait before I was seen and I decided that I couldn’t wait that long. The lady caught an attitude with me when I told her I didn’t want to continue the registration process and I told her i’d go elsewhere then she said “ You’re probably gonna wait the same amount of time anywhere else also “ In a rude manner. Very unprofessional establishment and they had no proper customer service. I went to the ER and it turns out I had appendicitis and had surgery that same night. How are you all healthcare professionals but treat patients with such disrespect and disregard when all they want is help? I’ll never be coming here or referring anyone here again. Terrible, Rude, and Unprofessional establishment. Don’t work in healthcare if you’re not going to do your job correctly which is HELPING people.

If you can, book an appointment so you can be seen asap! Ive been here before and my first time I had to get a rabies shot because I was scratched by a cat in while traveling in Morroco and it was not a good experience. However, today I had a different situation that brought me to UC. Typically, I always have a female med assistant and nurse but today I had two gentlemen and they were spectacular (especially considering my needs today). Their beside manners were top notch and I really felt cared for and I trusted their recommendations and prognosis. I usually travel back North to be seen because I haven't had positive care in the south. Nonetheless, MA Mathew and MD Hagler did the dang thing! They listened, they were personalable and we consulted together on my medical needs. They ensured I understood the plan and were patient. It wasnt the typically Im with you for 3 minutes and goodbye. Again, thank you to these two at cone health! Also, on another note... Dr. Lonnie (Cardiologist) is another amazing cone health professional!

Totally compassionate, thorough, and professional care. Every member of the staff from reception to triage to provider were outstanding. They care about patient care and treatment and are committed to providing the best care possible. The medical staff was courteous, knowledgeable, positive, and meticulous, taking the time to listen to patient needs and questions, and then providing the most appropriate treatment. Whenever possible, recommend making an appointment as the facility was very crowded. Even though there were many waiting, I was seen at exactly my appointment time, which certainly made a difference, especially when one is not feeling well. Overall, however, appointment or no appointment, the staff was friendly, caring, and made everyone waiting as comfortable as possible. A completely satisfying experience. I would strongly recommend Cone Health Urgent Care for all non-emergency medical issues.
