- EEel3 days ago1.0Catherine, NP was caring and professional, but unfortunately, she did not dx my skin rashes right, put me on unnecessary antibiotics and misled the following med professionals and myself (I learned that after 2 months of failing med professionals). I suffered so much GI and other side effects from wrong treatments for almost a month. Then, ending up having the unsuccessful 2nd visit in this same location with a different PA because rashes were not cleared. I was left in the very cold room for 45 mins after regular nurse checked the vital signs. I told the front desk I would either have to go or wait outside. She insisted that I had to wait in that freezing room no matter what and would not return the co-pay either even without seeing the PA. What an outrageous experience.

I had a great experience- will definitely come here again. The NP I saw name was McKenna. Although it had Rachel on the discharge summary. Definitely recommend!!!
- VVVasserJan 4, 20265.0This is the best treatment and care I have ever received at an Urgent Care. After a primary care visit, and an emergency room visit, I was finally tended to accordingly by the team here. Was warmly welcomed with compassion by the front desk. Was sitting for less than 3 minutes when I was brought in for swelling of the mouth, tounge and throat. Christina was an amazing nurse. She was very attentive and boy can she type. Very focused on relieving the symptoms I was having. Carley was just as amazing. She was prepared and had previewed my chart and was able to put me on a regimine of medication that has kept me comfortable and in a space where I can relax and heal. I will be coming back here if ever needed again. Thanks so much for helping me out and giving good advice for the future in handling this.
- JGJason GrayDec 29, 20251.0Don't believe the website waiting times. It said 20 minutes and was actually 4 hours. Staff said they had notified corporate they are wrong and no one in the c-suite has decided to fix it. If you go make sure you have an appointment, don't walk in.
