From check-in to meeting Dr. Hyatt’s nurse, to Dr. Hyatt himself, I felt that the time was taken to address each of my concerns. I appreciate that he gave me all the information necessary to weigh my options and make an informed decision as opposed to just jumping straight to surgery. The environment is clean and the process is timely, which makes all the difference. I have already recommended others to this office.

- JHJennifer HallJan 5, 20261.0Do not go here if you want ANY customer service after your appointment. Once you’re gone and have paid, you mean nothing. These people charged me for a foot brace for plantar fasciitis that I had to pay for AT MY TIME OF VISIT. ($88.08) Months later we received a bill in the mail for almost $100.00 more! They had billed my insurance ON TOP of already being paid! My insurance paid them and they wanted the balance! Here’s the topper: I found the brace on Amazon for $22.00! They were trying to make over $200.00! I have called and called to find out what’s going on and no one at any of the offices will pick up. Sent an email with no reply. We now have to drive 30 miles to go and speak with someone. This place is a joke. Also: got a shot for plantar fasciitis that did ZERO. I called and asked why and they said to ice it. Never heard another word. I WOULD NEVER EVER GO HERE AGAIN.
