She has a sweet spirit and truly cares about her clients and their body healing and wellness needs. Highly recommend her as well as the other massage therapists at this location. Book early as their appointments fill quickly.

I thought for sure I would be miserable today, but I haven’t felt this good in a year! my hip pain is nonexistent today and I feel so much shoulder and neck relief!! Very sweet young lady and very knowledgeable about her craft!

I have especially enjoyed the pool, private swim lessons, group exercise, juice and smoothie bar, and walking track. The outside grassy, sitting area is lovely and a nice place to sit after working out, especially with a friend.
