- TTTแปณDec 16, 20251.0Over the years I've given 1 star, then 5 stars at one point in time. However, overall, 1 star. To begin with, appointments are overlapped. I have waited 30 minutes minimum to be seen by Michelle. No communication or apology for my time and patience. I'm getting too old to not be seen either 5 minutes before my appointment or 5 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I have addressed these concerns in the past with no resolution. I made a decision today to find a new Healthcare provider and it took alot of thinking for me to make that final decision. I have had requests for pharmacy refills that have been denied by her and have gone months without prescription refills. I am not happy and I feel as though my health doesn't matter to this provider. It's a shame because she does have potential ๐

No reason given. When I do get a response from them, its like a dyslexic tween speaking french. Very bad communication skills. This place shouldn't even be open. Run.
