My previous experiences with Cone Health have not been the greatest but this office impressed me so much I decided to become a patient here. Dr. Amy Stephens and her team have been a God send! They're efficient, professional and kind. Each accounter has been great and today was no different. While stopping by to pass a message to Dr. Stephens, Laquanda (PCA) was so kind and went way above and beyond to help me out with something as simple of changing a prescription. It's the way she did it in a way that showed she cared. I love opportunities to praise those who are lights in this world, so thank you Laquanda, Dr. Stephens and the Elmsley Ct. Staff for being a light!

Primary care at Elmsey square has to be by far the worst Healthcare provider in the entire Triad Region! I wouldn't take my Dog there! The staff is uncaring Rude Racist condescending staff! The place should be Shut Down and Everyone Fired!. So there it is nothing more needs to be said.

I was traveling out of state from my home in GA and went to 5 different urgent cares, being turned away at each one. I walked right into this facility and was in front of a provider 10 minutes later. Everyone was very knowledgeable and respectful, and were able to help me with my issue!!!
