The customer service here sucks … I called to schedule a new patient appointment soon as the receptionist answer .. she places me on hold .. when she gets on the line I said Hi, do you mind if I ask who do I have the Pleasure of speaking with .She refused to give me her name , stated she does have a problem giving me her name , and that she also has to schedule appointments. When informing her they sent me a text to become a new patient she still refused my name and asked for my DOB . I just want to say customer service matters you represent a company, and she was so rude she made me feel as if I didn’t matter mine you it’s 8:45 am they just opened 8:30 what are you possibly upset about if you don’t like your job get a new one . & as crazy as the world is going now you would think a PROFESSIONAL would have it together .. every action get a reaction know that .
