- DSDiana SargsyanMay 2, 20221.0Made an appointment with Dr Wallace online. Got a call the day BEFORE saying she won’t be in office and this visit needs to be rescheduled. While rescheduling me, they also informed me that I need a phone appointment FIRST to establish care. Ok, they rescheduled me. It was an appointment with a NP. I’m not even going to mention that I received a call several HOURS later than it was scheduled. Now they tell me I need another appointment for a physical. I call in to schedule that and it turns out they established NP as my PCP and Dr Wallace won’t be a Dr there anymore. Thank you for wasting a whole month of my time!
