In both our outpatient office and long-term care (nursing home) settings, our compassionate, experienced providers focus on patient-centered primary geriatric care and internal medicine for older adults.
Day of my appointment arrives, and I get there 20 minutes early to complete forms to see new provider Amy Fargo. My wait was minimal and I was called back by nurse/assistant who took my weight and blood pressure and told me the provider would be in shortly. When Amy came in she took a seat and said she will help me today as a new patient, said she would be asking a lot of questions since it was my first visit..she stated she did not have but 20 mins to address my health concerns and I would have to come back in a few weeks for my exam. I told her the email said appointment was 40 minutes and she said that’s time for questions I have to ask to get to know the patient. I did not make an appointment to get a consultation with you for 40 minutes and you bill my insurance and then my actual appointment is weeks away for my concerns to be addressed and you bill me again! I’ve been a new patient plenty of times at different medical offices and never had to leave an appointment without even having my health concerns addressed. I took a day off work for this appointment only to find it’s for a consultation!? This lady who supposed to be a nurse practitioner and these office employees here are rude and I feel sorry for anyone who can’t speak up for themselves and has no other option but to go here. I don’t recommend this place for care, they lack patience and apparently lack the knowledge needed to work in a medical practice. I will never go here or recommend anyone go there. You all need to tell people up front about the 40 minute consult I would have never wasted my time and day coming here when there’s real doctors and nurses willing and able to help. I left that office room so quick and got my copay refunded because, NO you all not right! Bad energy in this office all around

Months ago, we specifically scheduled an appointment with Dr. Veludandi, then was called by their office the day before the appointment to reschedule it. At first, it was pushed back by a full month, then they called back and said to come in the next day at 2:40pm. Never received any new patient forms, that they asked for.
Waited to get checked in, went to the back and was told that the doctor was out that day and we could see a PA if we wanted to. Apparently it's not a very organized practice, with lots of miscommunication and errors among the staff. We won't be going back.
