- BGBobby GagnonAug 22, 20252.0Dr. Ram consistently gave outdated advice. We raised these concerns and switched providers, but then they dropped us. Examples: told us to put oatmeal in breast milk for a newborn as the first fix for spit up, propped a 2 week old’s bassinet at a 30 degree angle, said tummy time isn’t needed except to prevent a flat head, and even recommended crib bumpers. I’m not asking anyone to check studies every week, but the data on oatmeal in breast milk being ineffective has been around since 2016. Dropping us for a “conflict of interest” after that just felt petty. Also, the office manager told us you can’t change PCPs for children until you’re a teenager, which is just not true. I don't usually leave bad reviews but I've had a long week and feel like returning the Petty Karma™. Do better.
