- BGBobby GagnonAug 22, 20252.0Dr. Ram consistently gave outdated advice. We raised these concerns and switched providers, but then they dropped us. Examples: told us to put oatmeal in breast milk for a newborn as the first fix for spit up, propped a 2 week old’s bassinet at a 30 degree angle, said tummy time isn’t needed except to prevent a flat head, and even recommended crib bumpers. I’m not asking anyone to check studies every week, but the data on oatmeal in breast milk being ineffective has been around since 2016. Dropping us for a “conflict of interest” after that just felt petty. Also, the office manager told us you can’t change PCPs for children until you’re a teenager, which is just not true. I don't usually leave bad reviews but I've had a long week and feel like returning the Petty Karma™. Do better.

- SBSarah BlackJul 24, 20255.0We love Lynn Klett! The other providers and staff have been amazing to work with as well. They are very responsive on the portal and for sick visits. Our well check-ups are always quick, informative, thorough, and encouraging (especially for new parents)!
- DCDominique CruzJun 5, 20255.0Dr. Booker used to be the head Dr. and was replaced by Dr. Ram about 14 years ago. That’s how long my kids have been patients here. That said, Dr. Ram is amazing!!! I may be a little biased when I say the old staff was thee best but have all retired. The kids are welcomed with new smiles and are rewarded with cookies at the end of every visit complimentary of Ms. Kathy! Although she has retired, her legacy continues with the new staff and you can tell they have been trained well. I look forward to building a relationship with the new and younger team. The diversity at this office creates a very welcoming atmosphere for all walks of life. The professionalism and efficiency of the staff is exemplary. Hard to believe they don’t have 5 stars and that’s partially the fault of the tenured patients gatekeeping😂. So let me tell you, they are one of the best pediatricians in town!!!
