- JJJasmineSep 24, 20243.0My daughter’s first appointment was amazing with Dr Jessup….until we went in the room for bloodwork. The phlebotomist was nice and friendly until she wasn’t. My daughter began to panic because she never had bloodwork drawn from her arm. She’s three. The nurse had one arm, I had the other and held her as instructed by the phlebotomist. Once she stuck my daughter, my daughter gained a sense of strength and she was able to pull the needle out. The phlebotomist began to yell and tell my daughter that she pricked her and she shouldn’t be doing things like that. I had no issue with her saying it. But yelling at a three year old that doesn’t know what a needle is. Saying how your supervisor is going to have a field day, is unprofessional. There was no sense of comfort in that moment. My daughter sat there crying as she was yelled at for something she knew nothing about. Something she wouldn’t remember in the next five minutes. I will not be returning.

She did not tell my 12 year old son she would examine his private before she began undoing his pants. I left feeling so violated and frustrated. Horrible experience.
- JWjasmine wSep 12, 20172.0Just started going to this office with my newborn and the way they operate is ridiculous I had a circumcion set for 8:00 am and the office doors didn't open til 8:30 . Ok so why would you guys scheduled the circumcision for 8:00 am and then I had to sit outside for 30 mins with my newborn. Very irritating and will be switching offices but other than that the Doctors here are amazing besides the extreme wait times
