  OMG I just had the worst experience at this office today advocating for my son…I can’t leave a proper review without giving Dr Nicols the recognition she deserves for this Her nasty attitude and disregard for my son’s health and a mothers concern; to top it off her and her nurse was sitting in the hallway talking big trash about me which idk why that was warranted…and then she when I spoke up about her behavior she didn’t want to see my son she started to walk out so I left and went to ask the front desk for a card to complain she was nasty didn’t want to help me which is rude too…I know why they didn’t want to help but I’m letting my story be told because I feel like it’s wrong for a so called doctor to let her feelings get involved with a patients care and a mothers concerns and for her nurse to be nasty for no reason is crazy to me too! That’s the only thing they suppose to have a place for patient to come to when their in a crisis and eveytime my son calls their with close or too full with 5 patients like what. This is a long post but I hope this helps someone in the past because this facility is not the one for my child. I just really can’t believe the doctor and the nurse like for real how old are you too? Especially the doctor I just can’t believe her for real

  I left from Atrium heath primary due to insurance change so I had to switch doctors in order to stay in network. So which to this facility though Cone health. Man how I regret!! I can send messages to my Dr no response back at all, can leave messages to get refill prescription never get call back or prescription filled. Only way I can get the refill if I go in office for appointment. This time my Dr wrote a prescription for a Rollator walker due me having Osteoarthritis in both knees man tell you it took May15- May 29 to get them to send a simple prescription over to medical pharmacy they first sent it to Walmart along with my other prescriptions guess not knowing you have to sent to a medical supply store🙄 and it took weeks to get touch after calling every day and left messages to Dr on Conehealth and I still don’t have. Start PT on Monday after being evaluated as a fall risk!! No walker yet!! Man I’m so over Cone health!! You guys definitely can’t be in competition with Atrium health doing dump stuff like this!

  I was sent to Cone Health for sleep study by heart doctor. Facility and staff were nice but they said the doctor would read the results and get back to me in 5 to 7 business days. Five weeks later, they sent me an $800 bill after insurance but no test results. Heart doctor skimmed over results and said I had sleep apnea but no follow up. I guess me stopping breathing at night is not that important.
