Childbirth gives you a high pain tolerance but it’s been a steady 4 throughout. Reece did a deep tissue massage before I started my exercises and I instantly felt better! I was actually able to fully move my shoulder for the first time in 2 weeks. Thank you so much Reece for helping me and I look forward to continuing to work with you!
