- KKKaraAnnJul 24, 20245.0I brought my 9 month old baby in for a hearing test since she had bacterial meningitis as a newborn, and the medications she took can cause hearing loss. Sarah did a superb job. She was also very helpful as we dropped our paci's many times and she made sure to wash them for us and she also even helped me put a bottle together so that we could settle my baby to help her cooperate for the tests. She was helpful and determined to get results as I am sure it can be a hard task with babies. This was my first time using a Cone facility and I plan to use them further for other things! Her assistant was also very nice and helpful!
