- JHJennifer Hall5 days ago1.0Completely unfair to treat patients this way. As soon as you walk out the door you are forgotten and God help you if you have a question. You are placed into a phone loop of Hell that goes nowhere and emails are also ignored. I will never go here again. Disappointed is an understatement. The shot I received for plantar fasciitis didn’t work either and when I inquired 72 hours later as to why, I was told to ice it. That certainly didn’t work either but I knew by then I was nothing more than a number. I was also double billed and can’t get anyone to answer phones or emails. What a joke.
